Sunflower oil is obtained by extracting oil from sunflower seeds. Sunflower oil has a high concentration of omega 6 (linoleic) and omega 9 (See Essential Fatty Acids) which are important for skin and coat health. Oil that has been cold pressed, and minimally processed is best.
