SARDINE FISH MEAL
Sardine Fish Meal is the clean, rendered (cooked down), dried ground tissue of undecomposed whole sardine fish or sardine fish cuttings, either or both, with or without the extraction of part of the oil. (AAFCO, 2003)
Sardine meal is a good source of protein, though because it is rendered, its essential fatty acid content will be reduced.
