RICE BRAN

Rice bran is the bran layer and germ of the rice (with only such quantity of hull fragments, chipped, broken or brewer’s rice and calcium carbonate that is unavoidable in the regular milling of edible rice)(AAFCO, 2003). Rice bran is used to add natural flavouring and extra fibre to foods.
