Ocean fish is an excellent source of protein and is made of undecomposed whole fish or cuttings, with or without part of the fish oils and can be any type of fish. (AAFCO, 2003). Fish is typically a good ingredient, just make sure that the pet food you choose uses human grade fish for their ocean fish, and ideally lists what type of fish it is (not non-specific).
