MEAT BROTH
Broth is obtained by cooking meat from a mammal, including bones and /or muscle, in much the same process as making a stock. (AAFCO, 2003) Meat broth, because it is non-specific meat, should be used with caution. Any meat source could be used. Meat broth can add moisture to a food, while increasing protein and nutrients.
