LAMB BONE MEAL
Lamb bone meal is the dried and ground sterilized product from the wet cooking of undecomposed lamb bones. Fat, gelatine and meat fibre may or may not be removed (AAFCO, 2003). Bone meal should not be a replacement for pure meat (as a main ingredient in a food), but can be an adequate secondary ingredient.
